The thing that a lot of people don’t understand about emotions is that they were intended to be our greatest gift, unfortunately most people don’t use them in this way. Emotions vary on a wide range from highest vibration enlightenment (Love) to the lowest vibration (Fear). If you are vibrating on the high end of the spectrum such as Enlightenment (Love, Joy, Peace, Worthiness, Compassion, Trust, Appreciation, Enthusiasm, etc) you are feeling good. When you vibrate on the low end of the spectrum such as (Fear, Stress, Depression, Guilt, Shame, Resentment, Jealousy, Hate, Anger, etc) you don’t feel well. This is because our emotions are in direct correlation with our health. When we do things or think thoughts that make us feel any of the low vibrations we are out of alignment with our natural state. If we continue to do these things or think these thoughts disease or illness will be soon to follow. It can start as not feeling well then aches and pains begin and then it manifests as such things as cancer or any other ailment.
When we do things or think thoughts that make us feel good we are in alignment with our natural state of being. When we are in our natural state we feel well and good things tend to happen to us. We truly do create our realities by the thoughts we think and our actions. If we are conscious of our thoughts and our actions towards ourselves and others and we act with high awareness our health will improve. Disease is a low vibration so if we are in low vibration disease will soon manifest itself in our physical reality. If we are in a high vibration from the thoughts we think and our actions disease or illness cannot touch us. Our lives are not always going the way we would like so our vibration will fluctuate but if you are taking time to tend to your vibration regularly it will not affect your health. The emotions you feel the most will determine not only your health but how things work out for you. Our emotions are also our greatest gift in knowing what truly matters to us. If something makes you feel good then it is in alignment with you.
Those things that make you feel good are the things we need more of in our lives. Deep inside if you are willing to look our greatest desires are bursting to get out. If you have a dream and it makes you feel good then don’t discount it, go after it. In the same way if you get negative feelings about things they are not in alignment with us and need to be left behind. If you have something in your life that makes you feel good then do more of it. If something in your life makes you feel bad then it probably shouldn’t be there. A great way to keep your vibration high is meditation, yoga, nature and to do things that make you feel good. Be aware of where your vibration is at, do things and think thoughts that align with you and your health will be in your control. You have to be in balance and harmony with your emotions as part of Mind, Body and Spirit connection. If you have health issues and you tend to your vibration and energy flow you will see those issues disappear.
