Grounding ( Earthing)

by | Apr 24, 2023 | Uncategorized | 0 comments

Most people understand the importance of grounding an electrical circuit in there home for example but have forgotten  that they to are electrically charged Beings. Everything  in the Universe  is Energy ( frequency) including  us, so we to must ground ourselves as well, to  function properly and bring our health into Balance and Harmony. In Ancient times we understood the importance of grounding and walking everywhere barefoot and kept our connection to Earth. We also used lakes and rivers to swim and bathe which kept us grounded but in modern times we don’t  spend the same amount of time doing these simple  things. Grounding also called Earthing, is a therapeutic technique that involves doing activities that ground  or electrically reconnect us to the Earth. Some of the techniques involve submerging ourselves swimming,  wading in water or walking  barefoot  in the grass, sand,  or any other natural  surface.  Or simply by lying or sitting  on the ground or using grounding mats, sheets or other equipment. Earthing or grounding improves sleep, reduces pain, stress  and inflammation and normalizes the day- night cortisol rhythm. It shifts the autonomic nervous system from sympathetic towards parasympathetic activation. It helps cardiovascular disease,  regulating your blood pressure  and reducing  clumping  in red blood cells. Grounding helps with muscle damage and with your mood  like reducing or eliminating anxiety and depression. It restores the natural defenses of the body and Greatly  boosts the immune system. These are only some of the many  benefits that grounding promotes and the best part is that it is free and easy to do. It gives us that natural connection  with Mother Earth  that we are all missing.

Remember  you are MAGNIFICENT  !!!
